Step 2: Schedule Your Weekly Day

We assign you a regular service day and your dedicated technician. Most customers are on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, but we work around your schedule. You will know exactly which day your tech is coming every week.

Step 3: First Full Service (45 to 60 minutes)

Your tech does a deep first visit: full skim, brush, baskets, filter check, equipment inspection, complete water chemistry test, and chemical balancing. They photograph anything that needs attention and email you a detailed report.

Step 4: Weekly Visits and Email Service Reports

Every visit after that takes 25 to 40 minutes depending on conditions. You get an email service report with chemistry readings, what was done, and any photos. If something needs attention between visits, your tech reaches out proactively.

Call us. Green pools usually happen after monsoon storms, equipment failures, or chemistry being out of balance for too long. In most cases we can clear a green pool in three to seven days with a combination of shock treatment, brushing, and filter runs. We do not charge for green-pool recovery on weekly service customers.

What chemicals do you use, and are they pet-safe?

We use standard EPA-approved pool sanitizers (chlorine or salt-generated chlorine), pH balancers, alkalinity adjusters, calcium hardness adjusters, and stain-prevention chemicals as needed. All chemicals are safe for swimming once balanced. We do not use any chemicals that are harmful to pets when the pool is properly balanced and circulated.
