Please note: we do not have a storefront or walk-in office. We are a mobile pool service company and we come to you. All service estimates, pool orientations, and repair visits happen at your pool.

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Service technician hours: Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Your weekly service visit is scheduled on a consistent day each week. If you need to adjust your service day, contact us and we will accommodate your schedule.

If you are in one of these cities, we can provide a free estimate for any pool service. If you are nearby but not in one of these cities, call us and we will let you know if we can help.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Here is exactly what to expect when you contact Desert Bloom Pool Care:

  1. Same-day callback if you reach out during office hours. If you call after hours or on weekends, we return your call the next business day morning.
  2. Free estimate visit scheduled within two to three days. We come to your pool, inspect the equipment, take a water sample, assess the current condition, and provide a written quote on the spot.
  3. No pressure to sign up. We leave the written quote with you and follow up in a few days. If you want to start immediately, we can often schedule your first service within the same week.
  4. First service visit scheduled. We assign your dedicated technician, set your weekly service day, and your tech performs a thorough first visit with a full chemistry test and equipment inspection.

From first contact to first service, the entire process typically takes less than a week. We move quickly because we know you want your pool taken care of, not another item on your to-do list.
